Shahadat is a Lead Structural Design Engineer at SpaceEdge Limited, bringing over 12 years of proven experience in the structural analysis, design, and supervision of reinforced concrete and steel structures for complex building and infrastructure projects. His expertise spans high-rise commercial and residential buildings, industrial facilities, bridges, and large-scale public sector developments.

He has successfully led the design and delivery of more than 50 RC buildings, 35+ DEA projects, 18 bridge projects, and numerous prefabricated steel structures, ensuring full compliance with BNBC 2006/2020, UBC, ACI, AASHTO, AISC, Eurocode, FEMA, and other international standards. Shahadot is highly skilled in Detail Engineering Assessment (DEA) and retrofit design for industrial and garment factories under ACCORD/RSC and Alliance/Nirapon, working closely with regulatory authorities, foreign buyers, and vetting bodies.

Shahadot has played a key role in landmark projects for Bangladesh Railway, Bangladesh Army, Bangladesh Air Force, Bangladesh Navy, RAJUK, LGED, and RHD, as well as leading private developers and industrial groups. His responsibilities extend from concept design and detailed analysis to construction supervision, and multidisciplinary coordination with architects, contractors, and MEP consultants.

As a technical leader, he oversees structural design strategy, conducts design vetting and presentations at BUET and BRTC, mentors junior engineers, and ensures structural safety, constructability, and cost efficiency across projects. He is proficient in advanced structural software including ETABS, STAAD Pro, MIDAS Civil, SAFE, SAP, GEO5, and AutoCAD.
