Bipul Biswas is the Lead of Health, Safety & Environment at SpaceEdge Limited, bringing 16+ years of HSSE leadership across complex construction and industrial environments in Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. He supports clients by building safety-first site cultures and implementing disciplined HSSE systems that reduce incidents, protect schedules, and strengthen regulatory confidence.

He is a Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) licensed by Singapore’s National Environment Agency and holds the NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety. His experience includes developing and enforcing risk management plans, conducting audits and inspections, leading safety committees, and driving continuous improvement aligned with ISO-based HSSE frameworks and Singapore WSH expectations.

Bipul is recognized for hands-on site leadership—delivering inductions, toolbox talks, and targeted training—while supervising high-risk activities such as work-at-height, scaffolding, lifting operations, confined space entry, and formwork activities. He serves as both a Scaffolding Supervisor and Lifting Supervisor, and is also qualified as a Confined Space Assessor and Work-at-Height Assessor, strengthening control over critical-risk tasks and permitting processes. He also brings strong capability in risk assessment, incident investigation and root-cause analysis, emergency response planning and drills, and environmental controls including waste management and site compliance.

With formal training and certifications from Singapore-based authorities and institutions—including WSH qualifications, ISO internal auditor training, first aid + AED, fire and Hazmat response, and multiple high-risk work supervision certifications—Bipul strengthens SpaceEdge’s ability to deliver safer, cleaner, and audit-ready project execution for clients.
